Animal Control and Waste

Pets shall not be permitted upon the common elements of the condominium unless accompanied by an adult and leashed. Pet owners are responsible for the immediate removal of pet feces within the condominium property.

Those who do not comply the board has the option to impose any or all of the following:

​

​

1) will be given a written demand to cease and desist in breaking this rule within ten days;

​

2) If they do not cease and desist in breaking this rule they are to receive written notice of and an invitation to a hearing before an executive session of the Board of Directors; and

​

3) at that hearing the alleged violator may present evidence and cross examine witnesses;

​

4) the Board then has the option of levying a fine.
