Required Repairs, Rules and Regulations

According to Gables Association Bylaws Article Viii. Section 1 (i):

It shall be the sole obligation of the Corporation to perform...." the following:

1) Maintenance and/or repair of all exterior paint and/or stain;

2) Roof;

3) Exterior Doors;

4) Gutters and Downspouts;

5) and exterior trim.

The owner of the condominium unit shall, at his or her expense, repair and maintain all other items.
