What is Architecture Review?

ALL exterior modifications to your unit require written permission from the Architecture Review Committee. The Gables' rules and regulations for exterior changes are detailed in the Architecture Control Standards, provided to homeowners at the time of settlement.

How Do I Get Approval?

Please contact the chairman of the architectural review process prior to commencement of work. All plans and questions should be directed to Alan Lee, 9109 Carriage House Lane, Columbia, MD 21045

What Is The Review Process?

​

The Architecture Review Committee will review your request and the committee either approve or deny the request. Decisions are reported to the Board but do not require board approval. Committee decisions can be appealed to the Gables Board of Directors. Please contact Mr. Lee at the earliest possible moment.
